• Back-of-House Kitchen Staff (Weekend)

    We are looking for candidates who are passionate about serving the community and delivering a memorable experience to our restaurant's valued customers. Our Back of House Kitchen Staff will play a crucial role in developing our weekend breakfast,  brunch, lunch, and dinner menus, as well as helping keep things and clean organized.
     
    Open Back of House Roles: Chef, Prep Cook, and Dishwasher
     
    Candidates must have the following to be considered for CHEF role:
    -Culinary experience and commercial kitchen experience
    -Creativity and passion for food, cooking, quality, and presentation 
    -Be ale to create and implement high-quality (limited) menu items
    -Have a passion for southern cooking with a touch of elegance and flare
    -The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 
    -Strong attention to detail
    -The ability to work flexible hours that include evenings, weekends, and early mornings
    -Be able to ensure consistency and portion size
    -Follow all safety and cleanliness guidelines 
    -Deliver a great guest experience 
     
    Candidates must have the following to be considered for PREP COOK role:
    -Culinary experience and commercial kitchen experience
    -The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 
    -Strong attention to detail
    -Ability to follow recipes accordingly 
    -Ability to control portions 
    -The ability to work flexible hours that include evenings, weekends, and early mornings
    -Be able to ensure consistency and portion size
    -Follow all safety and cleanliness guidelines 
    -Provide support to chef and other kitchen staff 
     
    Candidates must have the following to be considered for DISHWASHER role:
    -The ability to work flexible hours that include evenings, weekends, and early mornings
    -Follow all safety and cleanliness guidelines 
    -Have high attention to detail 
    -The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    -Ensure that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly washed and sanitized
